Over/Under Runs
We reserve the right to over ship and bill by 5% for all products produced. If exact quantity is requested an under run may result.
Due to manufacturing quality and production methods and standards, in certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order. promomotto will do everything possible to aim to target your requested volume at all times. Industry standard for accepted overage or shortage is +/- 5% for all promotional products
promomotto will invoice your account or credit card only for the actual quantity produced and supplied.

Artwork Design and Modifications
Please see artwork specifications for details of how to supply artwork to promomotto. If mirror modifications are required, we will make these free of charge with your permission and approval.
For new logo concepts and designs or significant modifications (that exceed 1 hour), we provide art services

Delivery
promomotto can deliver shipments throughout Australia, Shipping and handling is chargeable on all orders. All non standard or Express deliveries are be pre quoted with the order confirmation. At promomotto we make every effort to arrange your order for delivery prior to the due date, however can only guarantee the date when merchandise will leave our warehouse and cannot be responsible for carrier delays. Please find freight pricing information below. In any instances where the Buyer is specifying a specific carrier and the freight is not being added to the invoice, all goods become your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier.

Payment Options
promomotto accepts the following methods of payment; major credit cards (fees chargeable), Bank transfers and cash in advance.
Any clients who are not on account with promomotto and who have placed an order for products to a value less than $1000 must pay in full up front before production commences. Further to this 50% deposits are required for all cash sale clients for all orders over $1000 and account clients exceeding $5000 and then pay the remainder before the goods are dispatched.
All goods remain the property of promomotto until paid for in full. Accounts not settled with the terms agreed may result in a reversal to trading terms. In case of any ownership change of the client the first owner will remain liable for the payment of all outstanding invoices prior to notification, in writing, of the change. In the case of a dishonored cheque an administration fee of $20 is chargeable.

Credit Accounts
promomotto is pleased to offer, to those who qualify, a credit account. Please see credit application terms and conditions below.
promomotto will extend credit to approved customers. A credit check will be performed based upon information submitted with your order profile, and an appropriate line of credit established. You will receive written notification you when your account is approved.
Standard payment terms are net 30 days - all payments are due 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices are dated when dispatched.
If you have an existing account, there are conditions under which your account may be placed on credit hold:
If your account is over 30 days past due
If a check is returned for Non Sufficient Funds
In the event of a debt being turned over to third party collections
If the combined amount of multiple orders exceeds your approved credit limit

Quotations
(a) Prices quoted do not include delivery unless otherwise specified.
(b) Prices quoted shall remain valid for a period of thirty 30 days only.
(c) promomotto reserves the right to vary price increase without prior notice.

Order Changes / Cancellations
(Changes or cancellations to orders once production has commenced will incur charges for work performed up to the point should the client be on a credit account. All changes and cancellation must be received in writing and are subject to approval.

Pre-production Proofs
Actual per production samples of goods ordered, are available upon request at the time of ordering at an additional cost. Pre-production samples may add time to the overall production lead time. The full order is be to approved before commence of the pre production sample.

Minimum Orders
Minimum quantity requirements vary from product to product; detailed volumes can be noted in quotation. Short production runs can be arranged by promomotto if the minimum volumes exceed your request, please note product surcharges may apply. Alternatively promomotto will be happy to make other recommendations to get you the right product at the right price.

Order Confirmation
All orders are accepted upon receipt of the signed purchase order, promomotto order form approval signature and/or paid deposit and constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and promomotto on the dated stated.
For production to commence the following must be approved and returned to promomotto :
• The Order Form is signed and faxed back.
• The Artwork Approval is signed and faxed back.
• The Payment Advice is filled in with payment details and faxed back.
